Another issue with this error -

'Trade >> Trading Locked' is enabled | Symbol: F.US.TFEZ15 | TradeAccount: 527998 | InternalOrderID: 152315 | 2015-09-21 11:15:08 *

And - as we speak - I see an order in the platform short TF contract @1160.30, which I cannot cancel. When I spoke with my broker - he sees no order.

Can you please check?

Make sure there is no checkmark by Trade >> Trading Locked.

And make sure you are not using the Global Profit/Loss Management functionality:

If the order is not working, then select File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed to refresh the order list.

If that corrects the problem then this would indicate a problem with the CQG server not sending the order update.

If it does not correct this issue:
I see an order in the platform short TF contract @1160.30,

Then where do you see this "order"?

So,

1. Trade, Trading Locked - was never checkmarked. In fact - I could still enter more orders while this one will not cancel.
2. Also File>>Disconnect and then File>>Connect to Data Feed - is still not letting me cancel this one order that still shows up on the platform.

PLEASE HELP CANCELLING THIS ONE ORDER SUCH THAT IT DOES NOT SHOW UP.

Also, there is no Service Id generated and only an internal id is generated which says CQG is not responsible for this.

Again - PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS THIS CAN BE SERIOUS WITH BIG ORDER QUANTITIES and do not just push out generic responses. PLEASE.

What is the title of the window where you see this order that you cannot cancel?

This is not a generic response! We took the time and read what you wrote and gave very correct and proper information.

Global Settings >> Profit/ Loss Management >> Lock after Positions Flattened - THIS IN UN-CHECK MARKED (NO CHECK MARKS AGAINST IT)

2. You are correct that this is an error issue that has re-surfaced and has occurred in the past, when you said - it has a date and time that is not from today and I let it go at that time. This time though, the problem was that this one order despite cancelling and all those check marks not ticked - will still show up in the middle of a trading position. And hence the request.

I am very respectful of your help and hence the "PLEASE" I use always in my responses and support board issues. Please go back to my ticket and see the number of times I use "PLEASE"

Without getting to antsy about the language of this ticket - all I ask is please help.

In order to investigate the problem relating to this order message from CQG:
"Cannot process order (error code 60). Please contact CQG if the problem persists."

CQG requires the FIX log. Do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Enable FIX Logging enabled?

If so, then you will have the FIX log that CQG requires.

Otherwise, we will need to wait until it happens again. So in this case, make sure the option is enabled.

To provide us the FIX log for the date 2015-09-21.

There might be more than one log. In that case we need them all.

Either privately attach them here or to send them to support@SierraChart.com.

We will go through the log files and get the information CQG needs and send it to them.
