In order to investigate the problem relating to this order message from CQG: "Cannot process order (error code 60). Please contact CQG if the problem persists." CQG requires the FIX log. Do you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Enable FIX Logging enabled? If so, then you will have the FIX log that CQG requires.
