1. Global Settings >> Profit/ Loss Management >> Lock after Positions Flattened - THIS IN UN-CHECK MARKED (NO CHECK MARKS AGAINST IT) 2. You are correct that this is an error issue that has re-surfaced and has occurred in the past, when you said - it has a date and time that is not from today and I let it go at that time. This time though, the problem was that this one order despite cancelling and all those check marks not ticked - will still show up in the middle of a trading position. And hence the request. 3. I am very respectful of your help and hence the "PLEASE" I use always in my responses and support board issues. Please go back to my ticket and see the number of times I use "PLEASE" Without getting to antsy about the language of this ticket - all I ask is please help.
