I have selected Trade simulation on, SC Data - All services as data feed and Basic advanced - 5 package. When I open SC the charts are updated to when I open the charts. Then they stop updating. The log says socked closed gracefully on remote side. How can I work on delayed data feed?

When you first open Sierra Chart, the system is going to download the missing data for your charts. When it does this, it updates to the current time, not to the delayed time. Therefore, you need to wait 10-15 minutes (depending on the exchange for which you are getting the data) in order for the delayed streaming data to "catch up" to the data that is present in the chart. When I open the chart, it updates only to the delayed time. And then it stops updating. Opened chart at 12.10 NY time and it stays updated till 11.59 NY time. Uploaded files in attachment

There is nothing in the snippet of the log that shows any particular problem. Hi John, it is not just the intraday chart, i also have higher time frame charts. None of them are updating. Went through the list you shared and everything seems to be in order. Any chance to remote login and check the issue?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about one symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Please do the following: - Close all your open chartbooks by selecting "File >> Close All Chartbooks". - Open your Message Log by selecting "Window >> Message Log". - Clear the Message Log by selecting "Edit >> Clear Log" and then selecting "Yes" to the question of "Clear Log Lines". - Close the Message Log, or move it out of the way. - Select "File >> Find Symbol" and in the "Selected Symbol" field enter the following symbol "ESZ24-CME". - Select the "Open Intraday Chart" button to open a chart for the ESZ24-CME symbol. - Select "Close" to close the Find Symbol window. - Select your Message Log (either select it or select Window >> Message Log, depending on what you did previously with the log). - Post your log to this thread again. We have made a change to your account to turn off the CME Group exchange that you had active. Although this should not have an impact, we are wondering if this is the reason for the issue you are having. Please select "File >> Reconnect". Hopefully you will start getting the data. If not, then go to the chart for ESZ24-CME and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if you still have a problem after this. Please follow the instructions at the following link to update your Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings Then try again and see if everything is working. If you still have a problem, then back to the Symbol Settings window (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) and deselect the option at the top for "Use Custom Symbols Settings Values" (make sure it does NOT have a checkmark). Select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". Then try again and let us know if you have an issue after this. -- With regards to moving back to live trading - it depends on when you are going to do this. We did stop the exchange you had active at this time to see if that was an issue. If you are going to switch back before the end of this month, then let us know and we will have to re-activate that exchange for you, so you do not have to pay for it again.
