Please do the following: - Close all your open chartbooks by selecting "File >> Close All Chartbooks". - Open your Message Log by selecting "Window >> Message Log". - Clear the Message Log by selecting "Edit >> Clear Log" and then selecting "Yes" to the question of "Clear Log Lines". - Close the Message Log, or move it out of the way. - Select "File >> Find Symbol" and in the "Selected Symbol" field enter the following symbol "ESZ24-CME". - Select the "Open Intraday Chart" button to open a chart for the ESZ24-CME symbol. - Select "Close" to close the Find Symbol window. - Select your Message Log (either select it or select Window >> Message Log, depending on what you did previously with the log). - Post your log to this thread again. And also let us know if you are getting the data flowing in that single chart? In particular, is the last trade price updated in the price ladder.
