When you first open Sierra Chart, the system is going to download the missing data for your charts. When it does this, it updates to the current time, not to the delayed time. Therefore, you need to wait 10-15 minutes (depending on the exchange for which you are getting the data) in order for the delayed streaming data to "catch up" to the data that is present in the chart.
