Please follow the instructions at the following link to update your Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings Then try again and see if everything is working. If you still have a problem, then back to the Symbol Settings window (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) and deselect the option at the top for "Use Custom Symbols Settings Values" (make sure it does NOT have a checkmark). Select OK to close that window and then select "File >> Reconnect". Then try again and let us know if you have an issue after this. -- With regards to moving back to live trading - it depends on when you are going to do this. We did stop the exchange you had active at this time to see if that was an issue. If you are going to switch back before the end of this month, then let us know and we will have to re-activate that exchange for you, so you do not have to pay for it again. Otherwise, if it will be after October, then you will need to activate the exchange you want at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Don't forget, you will also need to change your package to one of the "Integrated" packages.
