We have made a change to your account to turn off the CME Group exchange that you had active. Although this should not have an impact, we are wondering if this is the reason for the issue you are having. Please select "File >> Reconnect". Hopefully you will start getting the data. If not, then go to the chart for ESZ24-CME and select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Let us know if you still have a problem after this.
