Trade Fills Using Denali Exchange Data Feed & TT

Have just begun using SC's Denali Exchange Data Feed with TT. Clearing firm is Amp.

With the first two live ES fills using Denali (one today, one yesterday) I noticed a brief lag in the fills. Prior to using the Denali Exchange I used the regular Sierra Chart data feed and never saw this occur. (Computer and internet connections are the same now as previously used.)

Would like to determine and fix the cause of these lags.

You are currently receiving delayed data. The Denali Exchange Data Feed is not active on your account. Follow the instructions here:

What a very curious thing in as much as the Denali Exchange Data Feed/TT has been set up for my account at the same time my Amp Futures account was established (AC126593) as the clearing firm for my trading through the SC Denali Feed. No one ever said anything t me about a delayed account. Also, $150 is sitting in my SC account balance to pay for the monthly Denali feed, as well as the monthly CME top of book monthly fee. by Ray (in Spain). SC obviously knows that I have a funded futures trading account with Amp. Nothing prevents SC from immediately placing my Denali Exchange data on a real time basis and I am more than surprised it was not set up that way from the beginning.

Please let me know ASAP that you have corrected everything on SC's end and that my Denali Account is recognized as being my account and is not to be running on any kind of delayed basis. Please do this tonight and let me know that everything has been taken care of as soon as possible.

If there is anything in this email you don't understand please contact me right away. I'll be turning in soon so please send me an assurance that all of this will be working properly before the market opens tomorrow morning my time (State of Idaho, USA, Pacific Coast Time).

I just went to my SC Control Panel. I see that the Denali Exchange was not activated. I manually activated. Then the Control Panel says there are not sufficient funds to pay for, but that is not true. I owe SC nothing and $150 is sitting in my account. Please begin using that $150 to pay monthly for the services SC has previously told me were set up: Denali Exchange Data Fee, +/- $20/mo; CME top of book for nonprofessional, $3.25/mo. My charting is taken care of thru Amp.

Again, please confirm that all is properly completed.

I just visit the Control Panel in my account to see if things were being corrected. Here is a copy of the last four entries of my account balance page:

2020-04-30 18:30:38  Manual Adjustment - unset    -150.25 USD  0.00 USD
2020-04-30 18:29:01  Adjustment: -27 days at Sierra Chart Package 3 .
New Usage End Date: 2020-05-14.  MT1588271341    150.25 USD
2020-04-30 18:28:30  Refunding 3 out of 12 months. - Refunding Transaction #: SBA26536_1_3_1581379219.  SBA26536_1_3_1581379219_REFUND  148.20 USD  150.25 USD
2020-04-30 18:28:30  Adjustment: -252 days at Sierra Chart Package 3 .
New Usage End Date: 2020-06-10.  SBA26536_1_3_1581379219_REFUND    2.05 USD

I had a $150.25 credit on on 4.30.20. Subsequently, again on 4.30.20 a "Manual Adjustment" was made to the account, subtracting mt $150.25 balance, leaving a balance of 0.00 USD. What was the "manual deduction" for? I saw that balance on my account earlier this evening, it was displayed as a positive value. Apparently it has been manually removed. This is perhaps humorous to someone on SC's end, but it is not humorous to me.

Okay we see, you are just not logged into the Support Board with the same account you are using. You are using a Sierra Chart account through AMP.

We checked that account and it is authorized for real-time data. That account has the $150.25

From my perspective I have one account with SC (who I've been with for over 8 years).

My account does have two user names. That is the way SC set it up and I like it. It
gives me a little flexibility.

Is my Denali Exchange Data Feed now live and not on any type of delayed basis?

Was the Denali feed delayed or not 'delayed' when I experienced the two slow live trade fills
in the past two days?

If my Denali Data feed was not on a slightly delayed basis over the past two days, then
the issue of the slow fills for those two live trades continues to be a concern.

My Denali Data Feed should not be on an evaluation basis. Please make sure it is working
properly, remove it from the exchange category (which category I never requested), and
now begin billing me for it if it is working properly. If it is not yet working properly
let me know. I don't want to have to test it by entering a live trade.

Thank you for your help. Looking forward to moving ahead with better communications.

You wrote, "You are using a Sierra Chart account through AMP. We checked that account and it is authorized for real-time data. That account has the $150.25."

Can you confirm that the above referenced account is in fact receiving real time data?
Also, was it receiving real time data yesterday and the day before yesterday when the slow fills occurred in live trading?

If it was receiving real time data at the times of the slow fill trades, then the issue of the slow fills remains a concern (in regard to the data feed).

I have not entered a trade today because I am unsure the data feed is performing properly.

Also, the 7 hour data gap on the ES chart from 9PM last night to 4AM this morning will not fill. I've tried the update method and the full reload method. Would very much appreciate your assistance in getting that gap filled.

Regarding this, follow the instructions below so we can help with it:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

It should be real-time but make sure this option is enabled:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)

And if you add the Data Delay field to the Chart Header you can see if there is a 10 minute delay:
Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header

You need to be on the latest version though for that field. Update instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

Yes, you do have 2 Account Names with Sierra Chart. But they do not work the way you think they do. They are not interchangeable at any time.

You need to continue to use the AC126*** account moving forward and not use the other one. You will not lose any of your charting information.

The AC126_ _ _ has two usernames associated with it.
Is it correct that I can use either username, as long as I use the PW for AC124_ _ _?
