I just went to my SC Control Panel. I see that the Denali Exchange was not activated. I manually activated. Then the Control Panel says there are not sufficient funds to pay for, but that is not true. I owe SC nothing and $150 is sitting in my account. Please begin using that $150 to pay monthly for the services SC has previously told me were set up: Denali Exchange Data Fee, +/- $20/mo; CME top of book for nonprofessional, $3.25/mo. My charting is taken care of thru Amp. Again, please confirm that all is properly completed. |
