What a very curious thing in as much as the Denali Exchange Data Feed/TT has been set up for my account at the same time my Amp Futures account was established (AC126593) as the clearing firm for my trading through the SC Denali Feed. No one ever said anything t me about a delayed account. Also, $150 is sitting in my SC account balance to pay for the monthly Denali feed, as well as the monthly CME top of book monthly fee. by Ray (in Spain). SC obviously knows that I have a funded futures trading account with Amp. Nothing prevents SC from immediately placing my Denali Exchange data on a real time basis and I am more than surprised it was not set up that way from the beginning. Please let me know ASAP that you have corrected everything on SC's end and that my Denali Account is recognized as being my account and is not to be running on any kind of delayed basis. Please do this tonight and let me know that everything has been taken care of as soon as possible. If there is anything in this email you don't understand please contact me right away. I'll be turning in soon so please send me an assurance that all of this will be working properly before the market opens tomorrow morning my time (State of Idaho, USA, Pacific Coast Time). |
