Dear SC, I have a problem with orders. A few seconds after the order is fullfilled, the order disappears. If I check the trade, my IB platforma the open trade registers. So, I must close the trade there .. Please, advice .. |

Sounds like you are referring to the Position. Do you see the Position listed in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab? The trade was monitored wit Sierra a few seconds, then disapeared .. Please, advice. What this means is that Trader Workstation is not providing the Trade Position data for that symbol if you do not see it listed in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab. What we want you to do is to restart Sierra Chart. Connect to Trader Workstation. The messages that say "Outside Regular Trading Hours" indicate that the orders were flagged to be immediately processed and that is what happened according to the message. Also we have documented the meaning of that particular message which says "Outside Regular Trading Hours" here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php#TradingErrorMessages It is kind of confusing because it looks like it can mean the opposite of what it actually does and apparently even Interactive Brokers got confused by its meaning. OK good so you just need to update Trader Workstation to 950.2G and the problem will be resolved. Let us know if that helps. Please note I could not use the flatten, because Sierra did not monitored the order. Order disapeared, I saw child orders only. Than I canceled child order (my mistake, stress, etc.)on Sierra platform. The order was monitored on IB platforma only. Then, I closed the trade after a several attempts. So, my TWS is updated, but the problem with trading hours is still there. Please, advice .. |

According to this Message Log, the Trade Position data is now being properly respond to by Trader Workstation and provided to Sierra Chart. So there should not be a problem any longer with a Position line disappearing from Sierra Chart.
