Also we have documented the meaning of that particular message which says "Outside Regular Trading Hours" here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/IB.php#TradingErrorMessages It is kind of confusing because it looks like it can mean the opposite of what it actually does and apparently even Interactive Brokers got confused by its meaning.
