What this means is that Trader Workstation is not providing the Trade Position data for that symbol if you do not see it listed in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions tab.

What we want you to do is to restart Sierra Chart. Connect to Trader Workstation. Do not open any charts and then post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions here:
