I'm having issues with switching from the S&P 500 indices via the old sierrachart exchange data feed to the newest data feed Nasdaq Global NQGI feed (NQGI) with these symbols: https://indexes.nasdaqomx.com/Home/GidsDirectory In the process of making the switch, I'm unable to get live data from the nasdaq global index data service. NQTV symbols are real-time for me, but NQGI symbols are not. My account does have the NQGI symbols activated - received the message "The 'NASDAQ Global Indexes' exchange has been internally activated..." https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1680630081119.png When will the GI symbols be in real-time? |

Are you still having any issue? You really should not. Unfortunately, this is still an issue. I have up-to-date version 2488. I did everything in help topic 3, including disabling custom symbols, updating symbols from server. I've connected to both "SC Data - All Services" as well as "CQG WebAPI", ussing the "File -> Find Symbol". When I use CQG, I get the orange reading of symbol was not found like here: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1680761165163.png When I use SC Data, I don't get the orange symbol not found. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1680761654425.png I do have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes". In the last screen shot, you can clearly see the NQGI data not coming in. From the log of it, it appears to me that the data should be trickling in. I'm using EST time on my SC, 15min before the US open. I tried NQDEL-NQGI as a Germany index should be having data coming in at this time, and it does load data up to the current moment. Please update the community and I on the status of this. I have spoken to and have done screen shares with two other sierrachart users, and they also are unable to get true live-streaming data from the NQGI symbols. Not being able to get NQGI live streaming data, and no longer being able to get an activation of the Sierrachart Exchange Datafeed with S&P 500 indicies, is a major, major issue. Others in the community that have had this issue, please add to this thread as I don't believe I'm the only one. We tried calling but it says your voicemail box is not set up and there was no other answer. There definitively should not be any problem. The issue is not reproducible when using CQG. If anyone else has a problem they need to contact us directly. We do not know what the issue would be in their case. They need to be told to contact us. It does not help to make reference to what they are saying. Each user needs to contact us.
