Please update the community and I on the status of this. I have spoken to and have done screen shares with two other sierrachart users, and they also are unable to get true live-streaming data from the NQGI symbols. Not being able to get NQGI live streaming data, and no longer being able to get an activation of the Sierrachart Exchange Datafeed with S&P 500 indicies, is a major, major issue. Others in the community that have had this issue, please add to this thread as I don't believe I'm the only one.
