Unfortunately, this is still an issue. I have up-to-date version 2488. I did everything in help topic 3, including disabling custom symbols, updating symbols from server. I've connected to both "SC Data - All Services" as well as "CQG WebAPI", ussing the "File -> Find Symbol". When I use CQG, I get the orange reading of symbol was not found like here: https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1680761165163.png When I use SC Data, I don't get the orange symbol not found. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1680761654425.png I do have "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" set to "Yes". In the last screen shot, you can clearly see the NQGI data not coming in. From the log of it, it appears to me that the data should be trickling in.
