No real time data after renewing usage time

There is no Message Log for any chartbook i am opening. However there is orange box pop up saying symbol not recognized. I have full reset symbol from Global Setting and reconnecting to CTS but still not getting real time data. |

There must be a Message Log. If you do not see it, then select Window >> Reset Windows. We need to see it. We assume that the symbol is valid and for the current contract? In response to post #5 about the Euronext futures indices, we discovered the reason for the problem. There are 2 issues. One of them is resolved. Update the symbol settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Be sure to reconnect to the data feed after updating the symbol settings. There is another issue on the server side involving the entitlement for this exchange. This will be resolved in a few hours. We apologize for that. Hello again, So i believe for today there are no more possibilities to get the intra-day Euronext futures indexes regarding European end-time cash session . By the way, yerstaday when i have subscribed the market feed fees, strangely the agreement bottom did not appear before several attempts and then the proratised 35usd/month where registered twice. Could you please refund my "add credit" about 16usd to regularise the case. Regards, hervé |

Good morning, i have "deleted all data and downloaded" on all my charts and different Euronext indices futures symbols but then still no real time intra-day quotes for BEM14, AEM14, MXM14, PQM14 and no historical intra-day for BEM14 and PQM14. I have sent a log message. thanks |

We have an answer now about: BE PQ This is what we are told by the data provider: We do not have access to the following futures on EuroNext Indices. It is a different feed from what we can easily get in the US. BE (BEL 20 futures) PQ (PSI 20 futures) This was a misrepresentation because the symbols are included in the symbols file. So let us know if you want a refund on the exchange fee. And we will do our best to get that for you. Or maybe a partial refund. Hello, I am surprised and a bit frustrated not to have the four Euronext futures indexes indeed. I find it strange from Euronext such a complication to get their 4 futures indexes! . Maybe you should clarify it now when we fill the data feed fees page because it seems even you were not aware of this aspect of your package. Anyway i accept a partial refund( i think 50% is honest? )and i thank you for this spontaneous proposal but i would like to understand if the price of 57.75 usd for this feed will remain the same regarding the fact it is only for two futures indexes instead of 4? Let me know please your clarification. By the way the feed connection is broken from 45minutes now and i have sent you a log description Regards hervé |

This has been clarified through the symbols you find in File >> Find Symbol when using the SC Exchange Data Service. Perform a full reset of the symbol settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps The other symbols have now been removed.
