Hello, I am surprised and a bit frustrated not to have the four Euronext futures indexes indeed. I find it strange from Euronext such a complication to get their 4 futures indexes! . Maybe you should clarify it now when we fill the data feed fees page because it seems even you were not aware of this aspect of your package. Anyway i accept a partial refund( i think 50% is honest? )and i thank you for this spontaneous proposal but i would like to understand if the price of 57.75 usd for this feed will remain the same regarding the fact it is only for two futures indexes instead of 4? Let me know please your clarification. By the way the feed connection is broken from 45minutes now and i have sent you a log description Regards hervé
