Maybe you should clarify it now when we fill the data feed fees page because it seems even you were not aware of this aspect of your package. This has been clarified through the symbols you find in File >> Find Symbol when using the SC Exchange Data Service. Anyway i accept a partial refund( i think 50% is honest? ) We have not heard about the refund for you from Barchart so what we will do is give you the equivalent of 50% through a Sierra Chart usage time extension. This is now done. i would like to understand if the price of 57.75 usd for this feed will remain the same regarding the fact it is only for two futures indexes instead of 4?
