[Locked] - Urgent:AMP Sierra/Denali user had to switch to CQG order routing: asked for payment.Please help

Hi, I'm a Sierra/Denali user had to switch from Sierra Routing to CQG (routing only) since it's no longer supported by AMP.
All my payments are being handled by AMP. Got a message today that in order to continue I need to make a payment, please see below. Kindly help!

Thank you for getting back. Could you please clarify:

Is this correct?

My conversation with them(AMP) was last Friday, Feb.26. On Monday, March 1st, I was updated by AMP that they were going to have a meeting with you(Sierra) to straighten it all out. I'm OK paying directly to Sierra, just wanted to make sure we're all on the same page and there will be no going back and forth on this, and starting April 1st we will be paying to Sierra directly. And this is the FINAL and latest and greatest info, and AMP is all OK with this.

2. How will I know if automatic option is available. Currently it says

Use Update and Renew Now to manually extend the usage time on your account for the number of selected months and Service Package and have the amount deducted from the Service Balance. However, there is not a need to do this because this will happen automatically on 2021-04-10.

So the question is: will it happen automatically or I still need to do it manually before April 10th?

3. As suggested I'm going to ignore msg

This has been worked out now, and the current situation is now that you will be paying for Sierra Chart directly to us (Sierra Chart). Your account is already setup to be paid directly to us.

Your account will automatically renew as long as you have enough funds in your account to do so. You can add funds to your account here:

Yes, you can ignore the message related to Order Fills. This will be taken care of in the next few weeks.

We do not like to give specific dates, as things always come up and make them change. We are actively working on this and we hope in the next few months to have it starting to work.

Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement
this "CME funded trading account requirements" is all fine since I'm having trading account with AMP with more then enough funds.
So it's all taken care of as long as I have trading with AMP, right ?

Correct. Having the trading account with AMP takes care of the requirement from the CME Group.

If, for some reason, you are not staying connected to that trading account at all times, then you just have to make sure that you connect at least once a month to that trading account. Refer to the information/instructions here:

but on "Make a payment" page Service Balance is shown as zero.
Do I have to enter myself 77.20 or, as it's been mentioned in Notice: Transition to Direct Sierra Chart Billing For SC Accounts through Broker step3 it's still in progress(pending).
I'm OK entering minimum amount of 77.20 and more, that's not a prob. Just wanted to clarify. thank you.

When you go to the "Make a Payment" page, you will have to specify the amount that you want to pay and enter that in the Specify USD Amount field.

The money then is put into your account as part of your Services Balance.

Then, when a payment is due (a service renews) the amount will be deducted from your Services Balance.

We are also working on automatic credit card payments, but we have not had a chance to roll this out yet. Hopefully in the next week, where you can just specify a credit card and have it charged once a month for the amount that you will need to pay.
