Well, sorry. One more. Just checked. For the next month of April my Recurring Services Ending Date Time Date Time of Renewal Renewal Period Amount (USD) Description 2021-04-10 23:59:59 UTC 2021-04-10 00:00:00 UTC Every 31 days 46.00 Sierra Chart Usage Time at Service Package 11 - Advanced + Denali Data Feed. 2021-04-01 2021-04-01 Monthly (Calendar Month) 31.20 Denali - Activated Exchange: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Monthly Total USD 77.2 but on "Make a payment" page Service Balance is shown as zero. Do I have to enter myself 77.20 or, as it's been mentioned in Notice: Transition to Direct Sierra Chart Billing For SC Accounts through Broker step3 it's still in progress(pending). I'm OK entering minimum amount of 77.20 and more, that's not a prob. Just wanted to clarify. thank you. |
