When you go to the "Make a Payment" page, you will have to specify the amount that you want to pay and enter that in the Specify USD Amount field. The money then is put into your account as part of your Services Balance. Then, when a payment is due (a service renews) the amount will be deducted from your Services Balance. We are also working on automatic credit card payments, but we have not had a chance to roll this out yet. Hopefully in the next week, where you can just specify a credit card and have it charged once a month for the amount that you will need to pay.
