Hi, I'm a Sierra/Denali user had to switch from Sierra Routing to CQG (routing only) since it's no longer supported by AMP. All my payments are being handled by AMP. Got a message today that in order to continue I need to make a payment, please see below. Kindly help! //********* Your Sierra Chart account has a trading account for the SC Order Routing service and your Sierra Chart services balance is below 5 USD. To continue to have access to the service to pay for order fills, you need to add additional credit to your account. You will need to make a payment of 42 USD. //************ Please let me know if I need to open a ticket with AMP as well. Thank you. |
