Last month, I loaded 1600 days with the option of 'Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back Adjusted' for ES 201903 contract but the data did not load way back to year 2015 when it is supposed to. So reading the 'Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data' guide, I follow the "Necessary Step" of Go to the chart. Select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download but it ends up not only did it not load ES data I wanted way back to 2015, my existing data from 29 November 2018 to data was also gone resulting in a blank chart in all my chartbook from my 1k trade volume to my TPO chart to my weekly chart. Now can I know how do I: 1) Load all my ES data all the way back from year January 2015 up to date Thank you very much. The symbols you are using are CTS symbols. So you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to CTS T4 FIX and connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. After that is done if there is any missing data in the charts after the data downloading is complete, then re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Thank you for your prompt reply. I have set the settings to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to CTS T4 FIX and attempt to connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. But it does not connect. It shows a 'waiting to reconnect' sign on the connection status box. I earlier used Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data- All Services and the chart could be connected and show a green box on the connection status box. But now after switching it and waited over a night, it is still waiting to reconnect. How can I connect it after switching to CTS T4 FIX please? Thank you. |

At the present I don't have a broker as I have only started to learn trading and am currently using the platform for back testing. For now I can only rely on the Service to SC Data- All Services for connection. Thank you.

Ok we got it. So just keep the Service set to SC Data- All Services and update the symbol of the charts to match what that service uses.
