Thank you for your prompt reply. I have set the settings to Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to CTS T4 FIX and attempt to connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. But it does not connect. It shows a 'waiting to reconnect' sign on the connection status box. I earlier used Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data- All Services and the chart could be connected and show a green box on the connection status box. But now after switching it and waited over a night, it is still waiting to reconnect. How can I connect it after switching to CTS T4 FIX please? Thank you. |
