Last month, I loaded 1600 days with the option of 'Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover, Back Adjusted' for ES 201903 contract but the data did not load way back to year 2015 when it is supposed to. So reading the 'Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data' guide, I follow the "Necessary Step" of Go to the chart. Select Edit >> Delete All Data And Download but it ends up not only did it not load ES data I wanted way back to 2015, my existing data from 29 November 2018 to data was also gone resulting in a blank chart in all my chartbook from my 1k trade volume to my TPO chart to my weekly chart. Now can I know how do I: 1) Load all my ES data all the way back from year January 2015 up to date Thank you very much.
