The symbols you are using are CTS symbols. So you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to CTS T4 FIX and connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. After that is done if there is any missing data in the charts after the data downloading is complete, then re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
