Ok we got it. So just keep the Service set to SC Data- All Services and update the symbol of the charts to match what that service uses. Refer to the instructions here:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.3. Symbols

The symbol can be changed through Chart >> Chart Settings.
