The first thing we want you to do is to perform a full reset of the symbol settings as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/GlobalSymbolSettings.php#FullResetSymbolSettingsSteps And then for any symbol that has a problem, re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Im using SC in my Mac with wine. The last days I have experiencing a lot of disconnection, and I saw the error window code 10022, can you help me, what can I do? Rithmic trading is providing me the data, and they said, everything is ok with them. I already, delete and download the data for de mini SP500, that im trading. At this moment apparently is working fine, but I want to know if I can do anything more so I can prevent a future disconnection. Thanks

We definitely cannot help with disconnections. Consider using this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service It is based on TT, and we need to advise that TT did have an interruption with CME connectivity August 13 in the morning. Otherwise, the connectivity has been stable. But probably a better thing in the short term to do is just use our new Denali Exchange Data Feed and then continue to use Rithmic for order routing. I purchased the Sierra package 11 with Denali feed + data from the CME, after having installed the platform I connected it to the broker (IB, and installed Trading Work Station) and the data feed, but unfortunately it gives me an error when loading the data for the S&P500 future symbol (intraday chart) , I don't know what error could be associated with it; I am using Sierra chart on Mac, so I had to install a third party application (Crossover) to download the software. can you by any chance help me? The symbol for the S&P 500 Index Futures is NOT "SP". SP was the symbol a long time ago, but it has been repurposed and now is for the "Singapore Naphtha (Platts) Futures". This product also has no trading volume, so a blank chart is correct. You need to use the symbol ES (for the "E-Mini S&P 500 futures").
