HI! I purchased the Sierra package 11 with Denali feed + data from the CME, after having installed the platform I connected it to the broker (IB, and installed Trading Work Station) and the data feed, but unfortunately it gives me an error when loading the data for the S&P500 future symbol (intraday chart) , I don't know what error could be associated with it; I am using Sierra chart on Mac, so I had to install a third party application (Crossover) to download the software. can you by any chance help me?
