We definitely cannot help with disconnections. Consider using this service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service It is based on TT, and we need to advise that TT did have an interruption with CME connectivity August 13 in the morning. Otherwise, the connectivity has been stable. But probably a better thing in the short term to do is just use our new Denali Exchange Data Feed and then continue to use Rithmic for order routing.
