Clearly the Symbol Settings are missing for that symbol. When you perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings, the list of symbols will have cleared immediately and then they should have filled back in. Is that what you saw? We determined this is due to a recent change which we are going to correct in the next release. What you need to do now is enable Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds. Once you do that you can go to the chart and re-download the data.
