Hello, could you please confirm if I am receiving real time data in my account for basic Futures trading NQ and ES? The platform screen says Delayed (see screenshot). If I am not recieving real-time data what else do I need to

Also, is the time set to a global timezone? I noticed that it isn't synced to my local timezone which is Eastern Standard Time?

Do you offer one-on-one platform training?

Thank you

You are not setup to get the real-time data from us for the CME Group. In order to get this data, you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

But, note that in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. Refer to the information here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

--

By default, your charts are set to the Global Time Zone setting. Refer to the following for how to change the Global Time Zone:
Time Zone Setting: General Information

We do not offer one-on-one training. We recommend Diana Pena as a third-party provider of such services. You can contact her here:

Thank you for confirming! At this time I would like to trade the E-Mini S&P 500 (ES) only, I don't need market depth data. I also opened a broker account with AMP Futures which is in the process of being funded.

Is there anything else that I need to do in order to get live data for ES and use the SC platform?

On this page:

You need to activate this exchange:
CME non-professional top-of-book

You also need to connect to your trading account:

For AMP you will be using CQG:

My AMP account has now been funded. I am now setting up live trading.

Can you tell me which option I should choose to trade the ES and MES only (I don't need market depth data)?

Hello,

Is the package that I have chosen, the most economic package available for simply trading /ES and /MES (no market data)? Is there anything including in my purchase history that I don't need and won't need moving forward?

So that I'm clear, are these amounts the total cost for using the SC platform for trading ES and MES?

Also, are there any cash settlement rules for day trading? Or margin rules? For example, if my account has a total balance of $2,000 in cash, and I buy 5 /ES contracts in one trade (AMP margin is $400 per contract). Am I allowed to trade any more the same day or must I wait until P/L has settled the following day?

Thanks!

The services you have activated are all you need. Just be aware that there are some features that are not available in the Integrated Standard package (package 10). Refer to the information for the packages at the following link:
Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages

With regards to your questions on settlement rules and margins, you need to ask your broker those questions.

Thank you!

Is it possible to connect one of the built in audio alerts (.wav) to the brackets in a bracket order?

We are not sure exactly which option you are looking for, but take a look at the options for Alerts related to orders at the following link (note there are a number of items so make sure you scroll down to look at them all):

Hi there,

How much does it cost to obtain level 2 data in the DOM? Would I need to upgrade any of my current services?

Hello, today the SC platform required me to rollover from March to June futures. Is this the correct symbol for trading /ES in the united states?

Thanks

It's a bit early for the rollover, as per the date, it occurs on the 3rd Friday of the contract month, which would be this coming Friday (March 17, 2023). But, if you have the option for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Detect Rollover of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based on Real Time Volume set to Yes, then it could have come up today for the rollover. Refer to the following for this setting:
General Settings Window: Detect Rollover Of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based On Real Time Volume (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Symbol)

Either symbol would be fine to use right now. But you will want to change to the M contract before Friday.

Thank you for the heads up. I did have the "Detect Rollover of Current Futures Contracts Symbols Based on Real Time Volume" set to Yes.

Also, I noticed something called "Risk Manager Mode". What is this for? Should it be checked?

Refer to the following for that option:

It is not something that is generally used.

Hello! Could you tell me how to modify my S/L, price target, or limit in an OCO order by points instead of per tick please? If it's possible by setting hotkeys that would be most helpful.

With these keyboard shortcuts, but it's tick by tick.

Also, is there a way to change the color of the order lines and "labels"? For example, blue and white?

There is not a way to move the orders by Points. Just the per tick options that you have found (at least in terms of Keyboard shortcuts).

In terms of the colors and labels for the order lines, refer to the settings in this section:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart Position Line (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General)

and also the settings in this section:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Working Orders - Display (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> Working Orders)

and also the settings for the specific colors in the Graphics Settings starting here:

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is where I should ask this question but I placed trade about 10 minutes ago and took a larger loss than expected. It appears that the trade placed itself twice. I clicked the "BUY ASK" button once and the trade appeared to be one OCO order, however there were two stop loss lines, one on top of the other. I closed one of them. But then I noticed that my S/L wasn't stopping at 3 points, so I flattened the position. The position was supposed to stop at 3 points leaving me with a loss of $150. Instead I took a loss of $237.50.

Can someone help with this? This is the second time this has happened in my account.

It sounds like the real issue is that there appeared to be a second Stop and that confused things. The thing you need to do is to go through your Trade Activity Log and look at the Orders that are placed and see if there really were two Stops. If so, then the question becomes why.

Otherwise, the question becomes why does it appear that there are two stops when there was only 1.

In either case, the starting place is the Trade Activity Log. Refer to the information here:
Trade Activity Log Analysis

Thank you. I navigated to the Transfer Activity Log following these directions: Trade Activity Log: Providing Trade Activity Log File to Support

I have attached the two files I found in the folder for today. There should have only been one stop- loss. My OCO orders are set to one stop and one limit. I didn't add anything to the trade or change anything on the chart until I realized the stop wasn't executing. That's when I knew something was wrong and that prompted me to close out the S/L line (by clicking the "X" on the chart) and then I saw that there was a second S/L line layered directly beneath it.

Please let me know if there is anything else needed from my end.

We will not look at this log file because you did not provide any order number. You are in the best position to determine what the problem is, since you took the actions that you did. If you have questions about what you see in the Trade Activity Log, let us know.

You need to determine the origin of the stop orders. Refer to:
