Hello, Is the package that I have chosen, the most economic package available for simply trading /ES and /MES (no market data)? Is there anything including in my purchase history that I don't need and won't need moving forward? So that I'm clear, are these amounts the total cost for using the SC platform for trading ES and MES? Also, are there any cash settlement rules for day trading? Or margin rules? For example, if my account has a total balance of $2,000 in cash, and I buy 5 /ES contracts in one trade (AMP margin is $400 per contract).
