You are not setup to get the real-time data from us for the CME Group. In order to get this data, you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* But, note that in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification.
