It sounds like the real issue is that there appeared to be a second Stop and that confused things. The thing you need to do is to go through your Trade Activity Log and look at the Orders that are placed and see if there really were two Stops. If so, then the question becomes why. Otherwise, the question becomes why does it appear that there are two stops when there was only 1. In either case, the starting place is the Trade Activity Log.
