Thank you. I navigated to the Transfer Activity Log following these directions: Trade Activity Log: Providing Trade Activity Log File to Support I have attached the two files I found in the folder for today. There should have only been one stop- loss. My OCO orders are set to one stop and one limit. I didn't add anything to the trade or change anything on the chart until I realized the stop wasn't executing. That's when I knew something was wrong and that prompted me to close out the S/L line (by clicking the "X" on the chart) and then I saw that there was a second S/L line layered directly beneath it.
