bonjour, thanks for your new services. i trade Eurex and got the 11 package services, my broker is broker Phillip Capital with CQG data trade service. 1.i am surprise to read on my control account panel than i must to renew denali service and pay 46 dollars in 16 days, while i just paid 46 dollars 2 days ago and i have a positive balance of 36 dollars until the en of June from my last payment. so in 2 week i paid 82 dollars and in the last support post your partner told me, don`t worry than my account will be credited in advance due to my overpayment ... so i don`t understand. personellement je ne peut pas payer 46 dollars tout les 15 jours, je suis en simulation mode. est ce que c`est un mauvais calcul de votre part ? 2. my broker is Phillip Capital, so i select CQG Webapi in `data trade service setting` but the depth of order book is really shorter than with `SC all service` but i think i pay 10 dollars more to get denali service and depth of order book , correct ? i wouldn't want to pay for a service that i couldn't benefit from. could you please more details on this 2 point ? cordialy |

Madame Monsieur , je ne comprends pas votre messages, j`ai tout activer et mon compte LIVE ne fonctionne pas, je ne peut pas passer d`ordre. De plus je viens de payer 23dollars par erreur car votre message n`etait pas clair . je vous demande une procedure de remboursement car activer l`eurex me coute ces 23 dollars alors qu`il est deja activer, mais il ne marche pas en live, vos instructions me pousse a essayer des choses qui me coute de l`argent. apres un an sur sierrachart, il n`y a toujours pas une fiche personnel, par client, correspondant aux services qui sont acheter et necessaire de renouveler, sans chercher parmis pleins d`autres informations inutiles pour le client. les renouvellements des certificats, l`activation nouvelle des services qui changent... votre service creer chez les traders un grand sentiment d`instability technologique qui les poussent a aller vers vos concurrent atas tt etc... good afternoon, allow me to ask you about our research, do you have some news ? second point ; can you have a look about the reason why i can not use my real live mode ? it always right ' flagging to reload trades in charts, selected timw in force is not supported' i got news from my broker and CQG , they told me than from our side nothing is wrong and they don`t find any failure system... guys i can not trades since one almost one week. regards |

Sorry, we were not able to get back to you sooner. With regards to your chartbooks, the only thing we see is that when you look back at the older data, you are seeing oddities just due to the lack of data. We think you really are wanting to use a Continuous Futures Contract option, which will put together the various contracts over time so you can look back at the history through the contracts. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts With regards to the message about "Time in force is not supported", you would need to look at the order you are putting in and take a look at the specific "Time in Force" setting. Make sure this is set to something your trading service supports, such as "Day".
