bonjour, thanks for your new services. i trade Eurex and got the 11 package services, my broker is broker Phillip Capital with CQG data trade service. 1.i am surprise to read on my control account panel than i must to renew denali service and pay 46 dollars in 16 days, while i just paid 46 dollars 2 days ago and i have a positive balance of 36 dollars until the en of June from my last payment. so in 2 week i paid 82 dollars and in the last support post your partner told me, don`t worry than my account will be credited in advance due to my overpayment ... so i don`t understand. personellement je ne peut pas payer 46 dollars tout les 15 jours, je suis en simulation mode. est ce que c`est un mauvais calcul de votre part ? 2. my broker is Phillip Capital, so i select CQG Webapi in `data trade service setting` but the depth of order book is really shorter than with `SC all service` but i think i pay 10 dollars more to get denali service and depth of order book , correct ? i wouldn't want to pay for a service that i couldn't benefit from. could you please more details on this 2 point ? cordialy |
