Hello, I want to get an explanation from you! I use the services of an AMP futures broker. I am using the extended package ($ 36). I want to receive data and trade through: 1. Rhythm 2. Via the Sierra Chart. What should I do in each case? I know that in the first option (trading through Rhythmik), I have to specify for the broker the type of exchange that I need to pay for (for example, CBOT) and specify a trading terminal for example. In the second case (I have not tried to use it yet), the broker (on the activation page) asks me to indicate only order routing to receive data from denali SQG. Here I do not know what to do next. Or should I go to the page to activate the services of the Sierra Chart (I see information about free use of the first month and cannot set up denali for my account), or continue on the broker's page to activate the account? I'm confused, what steps should I take to activate data acquisition and trading (contracts of the CBOT exchange) through the Sierra Chart? How much will the service cost per month through the Sierra chart for the CBOT exchange? |

First, we want to point out that we do not offer Technical Support for Rithmic. In addition, you will need a special set of files that you will need to install yourself which are located here: Rithmic Bridge Files We really recommend using CQG rather than Rithmic, as that is an option through AMP. As to data, we recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us. This is a very high quality data feed with many years of historical data available. Therefore, we recommend the following setup: - CQG (or Rithmic) from AMP for order routing - Denali Exchange Data Feed with CBOT exchange (with or without Market Depth) The cost for this would be the following: - Sierra Chart Advanced Package 11: $46.00 USD per month - CBOT with Market Depth: $10.40 USD per month If you do not need Market Depth, then you would change your exchange to the "Full CME Group for NonProfessionals" at $3.25 USD per month. Also, there are multiple month discounts available to reduce the cost of the Sierra Chart software. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Okay, but I don't understand why I can't use package 7 (advanced) and CBOT with market depth: $10.40 USD per month? Is it that you charge $10 for using denali? What should I do if I have already paid for package 5 and I want to receive CBOT exchange data through Sierra Chart?

Yes, there is a $10 fee for the Denali Data Feed and then there is the cost of the exchanges. Therefore you would need to change to Package 11 in order to get the data. To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hello, I connected three charts with one login and password on one computer. All programs are running. But I don't have the data. why? How to fix it? I was faced with the fact that only two sierra charts are launched on one computer, there is no data on the third program, or then all three will stall! Is that right?

One of the problems you have is that you have not filled out the Exchange Agreements correctly. In order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a futures trading account, and we need to know who that account is with and the account number in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement. Without this, you will be considered a professional and have to pay for the professional exchanges. You can access the agreements on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements If you do not have a futures trading account, then we recommend the following service: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I'm tired of writing to you! When will you explain to me my problem! I want to use the work on two computers, but my data is received only on one of them. Or I turn off one - the other works and vice versa. On one I connected All Services, on the second I connected the SQG. On the computer where all services are installed, three packages (copies) of the Sierra chart work. Why is there no data on one of the computers ??? How to fix it? |

First, you have not filled out the Exchange Agreements correctly. Yes, you filled them out, but they were rejected because you did not have your trading account information. You will see all of this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Please fill out the agreements again and make sure you put in your Broker/FCM and your Account Number. ------------------ Second, you are only setup to receive the data on one computer at a time. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I've disabled data support on one computer (SQG) and it works with real-time data. On the second computer where All Services are installed, I left the data support connected. But here the data is delayed by 10 minutes. Where's the logic? I don't know how to do the right thing. Prompt! What do I want? On one computer where there is a SQG to receive data in real time and trade. On the second use denali (I have a package of 11) to analyze the market and indicators and get real data. I only use one tool. How do you do that? Why and why am I paying money for? |

When you say "I've disabled data support", are you referring to setting the File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds to No? And if that computer is connected to CQG and you are setup to get the data from CQG, then you should be getting the data from CQG in real-time. But, we do not understand why you would get the 10 minutes delay on the other computer. Again, if Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, then you should be getting the real-time data to that computer. Let us know how you have your setup based on what we have stated above. I don't know how to do the right thing. Prompt! What do I want? We think there may be a fundamental misunderstanding here. You can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed while you are connected to CQG for trading. So you can use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for all of your needs and use it on 2 different computers at the same time. If you want to use CQG data on one computer and the Denali Exchange Data Feed on another, that is fine too. Let us know if this is the setup you are wanting. Do I understand correctly that in order to use the Denali data tape on the second computer, I have to make a surcharge for the second computer? I want to use denali tape on one computer for market analysis. I want to trade on the second computer. My broker AMP. On the amp broker's page, I configured the receipt of denali data through sqg. Or shouldn't I have done this? I have a question how can I trade then? I uninstalled and downloaded the sierra again on the second computer. Entered username and password for SQG, but no data. What is do? |

1. If you want to use the Denali Data Feed on two computers at the same time, then you will need to pay the Exchange Fees twice. This is a CME requirement. You can activate this here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges 2. Have you connected to CQG from both computers? 3. There is no need to uninstall and reinstall, this will not solve the problem for you. Sierra Chart Support |

2. Have you connected to CQG from both computers? Seriously, I'm confused. I have accounts configured on both computers. My question is the following. You agreed above (as I understood you correctly) that I can use trade (sqg) on one computer and analysis of the markets through the denali tape and all services on the other. In this case, do I have to pay for two connections? If this is not the case, and with such a bundle, one payment is enough, then why am I having a problem. When I make a sqg connection on one computer and denali on another, then one thing does not work. It should be? |

Please follow these instructions: On the computer connected to CQG: - Make sure the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Setting >> Current Selected Service is set to CQG WebAPI. - On that same window, select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No. On the computer NOT connected to CQG: - Make sure the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Setting >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. - On that same window, select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then ensure that the option for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. Once you these are verified then try to connect and see if you get real-time data on both systems. If you do not, then tell us which system is having the problem and any error you may see. I did as you indicated to me. The computer with denali all the data is working fine. SQG computer does not work - writes the following errors: first: Sumbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Real-time data for instrument F.US.TYA (corresponding to ID=1) are not allowed. second: Download Failled. Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.TYAM21. Instrument F.US.TYA (corresponding to ID 1) is not allowed.Result=103. Num Quotes=0 |

You are not setup to get CQG data from your broker. You need to let your broker know about this so they can fix it. Refer to the following: CQG Trading Platform Service: Market Data Authorizations for Symbols/Exchanges Or, the other option would be to pay for a second exchange fee for the Denali Exchange Data Feed., which would give you the Denali Exchange Data feed on both computers. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-04-15 18:26:40
