Please follow these instructions:

On the computer connected to CQG:
- Make sure the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Setting >> Current Selected Service is set to CQG WebAPI.
- On that same window, select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then ensure that the option for Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to No.

On the computer NOT connected to CQG:
- Make sure the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Setting >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.
- On that same window, select the tab at the top for Common Settings and then ensure that the option for Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes.

Once you these are verified then try to connect and see if you get real-time data on both systems. If you do not, then tell us which system is having the problem and any error you may see.
