First, you have not filled out the Exchange Agreements correctly. Yes, you filled them out, but they were rejected because you did not have your trading account information. You will see all of this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Please fill out the agreements again and make sure you put in your Broker/FCM and your Account Number. ------------------ Second, you are only setup to receive the data on one computer at a time.
