Hi,

I have received today the following message on the chart : "Real-time data subscription for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID=2) is not enabled. Click for symbol information."
And another one below: " Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPM25 . Instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID 2) not allowed."
I have checked the payments balance and it seems everything is ok.
Please advise.

The exchange that you had active in March did not renew on April 1, 2025. Therefore, you are not setup to get any data from us, and that is why you are getting that message. You can activate the exchange(s) you want at the following link:

Or, if you want to just reactivate what you had previously, then you can do this on the following page:

However, I have made a payment of US 10 on March 24th and another one on March 27th.
Could you check what happened with these payments?

In continuation to my previous messages, please note as follows:
On March 21st payment of US$10 order ID OAG57797W7092992H payment processor PayPal_V2 Payment
On March 25th payment of US$10 order ID pi_3R6e1pE97aBg7GL20ahQ76qK payment processor STRIPE
Today April 2nd payment of US$10 order ID 0N5500389D379623S payment processor PayPal_V2 Payment

All details from receipts received from Sierra Chart by email.

In the end, the problem came about because you notified your bank that a charge for $10.00 done on 2024-12-24 at 08:26:52 UTC (Transaction ID: 2AA42829T6354830W) was fraudulent. Therefore these funds were removed from your account on 2025-03-31 at 14:55:25 UTC when we were notified of the chargeback for this.

Thank you for yours last.

It was my bank`s mistake as I have notified them only for one fraudulent transaction done by a completely different company. Upon bank`s representative question, I have specifically mentioned that Sierra Chart is NOT fraudulent and my payments should nor be stopped or any other way denied. It seems that they ignored by mistake my confirmation.

I have already spoken to my bank today and they said that there is no problem with the rest of the payments so I think everything is now ok and my account with you will be credited with the amounts previously mentioned.
