Hi, I have received today the following message on the chart : "Real-time data subscription for instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID=2) is not enabled. Click for symbol information." And another one below: " Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for F.US.EPM25 . Instrument F.US.EP (corresponding to ID 2) not allowed." I have checked the payments balance and it seems everything is ok. Please advise. Thank you. Dan Ionescu |
