Hello,

When using "Global Services-> Main Settings-> SC Data - All Services [data]", I'm receiving Delayed quotes, yet when I use "Global Services-> Main Settings->CQG WebAPI [trading]" I'm receiving real time quotes.

I paid the fee to use Service Package 10 and Denali feed and from the documentation I understand I should be using "Global Services-> Main Settings-> SC Data - All Services [data]", but then I don't understand why I'm receiving Delayed Quotes?

Kindly advise.

Thank you.

You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed as you do not have any exchanges active.

Since you state that you are getting data when connected to CQG, then this can only be the case for data from exchanges other than the CME Group and EUREX, as we do not have support for data from CQG for those 2 exchanges.

What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data from us?

Hi John,

Thanks for replying.

I'm wanting real-time data for the CME, for futures contracts like Currencies and Nasdaq (ENQ and MNQ).

Interestingly, there is no way you could have been getting the real-time data for those instruments when you were connected to CQG. As we mentioned, we do not have support for that data (or for EUREX) with CQG.

Regardless though, since you had previously had the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, you had already completed the agreements. Therefore, you just need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:

Hi John,

Earlier today I paid for what I thought was real-time quotes from Denali but when I go to the link you provided:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges
it says:

Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts  [ ! ]
2022-02-28 (Expired)    [✔]  37.5 USD / month.
Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.

Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts  [ ! ]
2022-02-28 (Expired)      5.5 USD / month.
Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.

CME non-professional top-of-book  [ ! ]
2024-10-31  [✔]Automatically Renews.    2 USD / month.
Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.

and

CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts  [ ! ]
2022-02-28 (Expired)    [✔]  12.5 USD / month.
Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable.

and when I click "Activate" I'm asked to pay fees again. So, what fee did I pay this morning?

In Sierra Chart, using symbol MNQ for example,
when using, "CQG WebAPI" and symbol F.US.MNQZ24[M] I can send orders
but when using ""SC Data - All Services [data]" (When I swtiched to this one the Service Settings inputs disappear), and I send an order, Sierra Chart automatically switches to Simulation Mode.

I hope this information helps sort this out. Thank you.

Right now, you have the "CME Non-Professional Top-of-Book" exchange active. The cost for this is $2.00 per month.

You can view the transactions for your account at the following link, so you can look there and see what you had done:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog

You can not place orders when you are connected to "SC Data - All Services". That service is the default for when you are using Sierra Chart and not connecting to a trading service. It only allows you to get the data that you have active with us. Since you are not connected to a trading service, the system will put in you into Simulation Mode when you try to make a trade.

You need to be connected to your CQG account in order to trade. Sierra Chart is specifically setup to allow you to get the data from us while trading with your chosen trading service. Refer to the following for more on this:
