You are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed as you do not have any exchanges active. Since you state that you are getting data when connected to CQG, then this can only be the case for data from exchanges other than the CME Group and EUREX, as we do not have support for data from CQG for those 2 exchanges. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data from us?
