Hi John, Earlier today I paid for what I thought was real-time quotes from Denali but when I go to the link you provided: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges it says: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts [ ! ] 2022-02-28 (Expired) [✔] 37.5 USD / month. Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable. Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts [ ! ] 2022-02-28 (Expired) 5.5 USD / month. Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable. CME non-professional top-of-book [ ! ] 2024-10-31 [✔]Automatically Renews. 2 USD / month. Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable. and CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts [ ! ] 2022-02-28 (Expired) [✔] 12.5 USD / month. Billed 100% in full for each month and for the month activated in. Non-refundable. and when I click "Activate" I'm asked to pay fees again. So, what fee did I pay this morning? In Sierra Chart, using symbol MNQ for example, when using, "CQG WebAPI" and symbol F.US.MNQZ24[M] I can send orders but when using ""SC Data - All Services [data]" (When I swtiched to this one the Service Settings inputs disappear), and I send an order, Sierra Chart automatically switches to Simulation Mode.
