What exactly is wrong? The Profit/Loss for each trade is definitely correct, as it shows -5, 25, -20 from top to bottom for these 3 trades and given the Entry/Exit prices and a Currency Value per Tick of 1.25 for MES, these match what you are showing. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Hi John, i recorded the session on loom, i was unable to attach a picture that shows i enter around 5469.25 and it shows the entry at 5463... on the first example... at 854am... the log is working correctly, the order at price is not working correctly, it is a deal breaker to trade any further issue. I did disconnect and reconnect prior to the next subsequent same issue... i can't test to see if it goes away again without pnl implications.... how can we resolve this more quickly please? All we can say is that the price point at which that trade entered is 5469.25. That is what your trading service is telling the system that occurred. First, check with your broker and see if the Sierra Chart Trade Activity Log matches what actually occurred for this trade. If this matches, then what you are seeing is slippage caused by the market and/or the time it took for your trading service to process the order. We see you are using Rithmic, and most likely this is due to Rithmic not processing the order fast enough for you. We highly recommend using our Teton Order Routing Service to trade the CME Group in order to minimize this situation. in the Rithmic orderbook, the trades were processed in this wrong fashion... I'm familiar with slippage in the normal context, but if this qualifies as slippage, it can't be acceptable. How can any trader market sell in at arbitrarily 5500 and that is the entry price but the actual OS treats the entry as 5494, i'm 6 points down to even break even? I can appreciate this doesn't look like a sierra issue, so we'll see what apex says...

Teton order routing is not used by APEX, so there is not an option for this. We understand the issue you are relating, but if the order was properly sent and not processed or picked up at the enter end, then there is nothing we can do about this. Unfortunately, this is a very common issue with Rithmic, which is why we believe that the issue is with Rithmic.
