Hi John, i recorded the session on loom, i was unable to attach a picture that shows i enter around 5469.25 and it shows the entry at 5463... on the first example... at 854am... the log is working correctly, the order at price is not working correctly, it is a deal breaker to trade any further issue. I did disconnect and reconnect prior to the next subsequent same issue... i can't test to see if it goes away again without pnl implications.... how can we resolve this more quickly please?
